Spa Policies

Be aware that policies are set in place for a legitimate reason. When policies are not adhered to it does affect other clients as well as your provider. If there are any questions or concerns on this matter feel free to ask before requesting an appointment. You agree to policies upon appointment requests, whether you've read them or not.

Late Arrivals

50% fee. (Regardless of the reason)

  • Arriving more than 5 minutes late of appointed time may result in a 50% fee and may forfeit the original appointment. 
  • Applies to membership holders as well.

Late cancellations

50% fee. (Regardless of the reason)

  • Canceling or rescheduling an appointment 24 hours or less prior to the appointed time will result in a 50% fee..
  • Applies to membership holders as well. 
  • Dropping a service falls into this category. 
  • If the appointment was made on the same day, you are void of this policy.

Dropping services

50% fee (Regardless of the reason)

  • If you decide to drop any services once you arrive it will be considered a "Late cancellation" and the 50% late cancellation fee will be applied to that dropped service. 
  • A service added that is comparable can be accepted in its place to avoid any extra fees. 

No-shows

80% fee. (Regardless of the reason)

  •  After 10 minutes of appointed time, fee will be applied. 
  • Several no shows, without any communication are no longer allowed to book any future appointments. 
  • Pass holders forfeit a pass or pay the fee. 


Service guarantee

  •  Let me know during or within 24 hours following the treatment of any issues you may be experiencing related to the service.
  • Your satisfaction is my highest priority. Please keep in mind, I am not a magician. I ask that expectations are realistic. 

👉 Health history

  • It is extremely important that the consultation forms are filled out fully and honestly. 
  • When forms are not filled out completely and honestly I "Will Not" be held responsible for any adverse reactions due to incomplete medical history.

Etiquette

  • Please be considerate of our time by putting away your phones, tablet or laptop. This only applies if it interferes with my work. 
  • Family reunions are inappropriate. I ask that the entire family & friends are not invited to your appointment. There is limited space and can be a major distractions for me. 1 or 2 people is ok.
  •  I love well behaved kids. Its important to know there are a lot of hazardous materials. I ask that they do not venture into the work space or play with retail. There are clear markings as to where the "Safe zones are". 
  • Well behaved pets are ok too! Ask in advance please. Bonus points if they are in a crate or carrier. Free roaming is not ok. The leash rule does apply. Chaotic or aggressive behavior is a NO GO. 
  • "Absolutely" do not open any products to smell or test. I do have designated testers/samples just for you to try and take home. 

Refunds & Returns

  • No refunds on retail, services rendered, no show fees, late cancelation fees or packages. 
  • Unopened & Unused Retail can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. No refunds. 
  • Return Policy: Returns are not accepted for Retail, Services, or Packages and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Exchanges on retail is accepted within 30 days of equal value for UNOPENED & UNUSED.

Right to Refuse

  • I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason other than sex, religion, race, age, nationality, citizenship, or disability. 
  • I  will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions due to purchasing a product from another company, that I may have recommended from my company. As well as possibly voiding any possibilities of skin care treatments and or recommendations in the future. 
  •  I care about your well being. Advice given is based on many years of experience as a Master Esthetician to ensure the best care possible without making risky decisions on your own. Throw in the nugget "shecares" to your cart for 5 percent off.
