* REQUIRED! I do require a card on file to hold appointments. Prepaid cards are also accepted unless it is declined by vagaro. FYI: CC's are encrypted and not shared with me or any third party outside of the Vagaro application. Your card will not be charged for anything other than what you have requested or no-show/late cancelation policy. 

* DECLINED? If cards on file are declined, future appointments will not be accepted until the balance is paid. 

* CANCELATIONS? Because of heavy amount of no-shows and late cancelations, this is non-negotialable. 

* OLD SCHOOL? For those that are not fans of booking online, feel free to call. I will ask for your card information in order to hold that future appointment. You can text anytime and I will call you back to book. Please allow at least 12-24 hrs to respond. 

* NOT COMFORTABLE? If you are not comfortable with keeping your CC on file, I cannot make the appointment. But! What I can do... 

    1. Same day appointments. Some "same day appointments" cannot be guaranteed in the event of full books, day off, bad weather, etc.  

    2. Or 75% non-refundable prepaid deposit to book future appointments. This may be done over the phone or in person.

* BOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE? Please book it under their account with their name...Not yours, unless they are under the age of 18 and belong to you (aka. parent or guardian)! New accounts will require the consult form as well as a CC on file in order to book. Forms filled out by anyone other than the client that's being serviced, will not be accepted and is considered fraudulent. ANY ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MAY HAVE THE FORMS FILLED OUT BY THEIR PARENT/GUARDIAN.
